[Now that North has had a few days to unwind from the paintball tournament and South's broken nose has been patched up about as well as it's going to be, it's time to take a break and unwind. Breathe. Unclench. Just two bros at a bar.

Normally he would just stick to beer, but he's decided that he's earned the right to get tipsy tonight so if York is electing for harder drinks than that North will match him.]

[ And so far beer is what York's been sticking to, too, but he figures, what's the point of a night out drinking if he doesn't end up doing at least one dumb thing? So the next time the bartender comes around he orders a shot of whiskey. Once he's got that swallowed down he tells the rest of his story. ]

He's wearing a fond, affectionate smile, resting his cheek on his other hand (and staring at the way York's adam's apple bobs when he throws his head back to swallow down the shot, and suddenly he could use something stronger than beer himself).]
